The Enlightenment Program
The Essentiality Program for Spiritual Enlightenment takes about 5 years of 15 hours a week of study, disciplines, and energy processing. While 5 years might seem a long time, compared to other schools and systems that take multiple lifetimes, it is light-speed. The Essentiality proposal is that you enlighten yourself and then life the rest of your life transformed.
Preposterous
To the degree you are still solidly hypnotized into your Human Illusion, all that we say here will appear ridiculous, preposterous. For example, the human mind, based in division, simply cannot encompass ONEness; you can only experience it. Another example: your mind can not accept that you are the creator of everything in your life. You do not understand why you would create drama, pain and suffering for yourself— nor how you do it (which Essentiality explains in great detail). But what is the truth: Is your life dramatic? Is your life full of challenges and problems and insufficiency of your desired results? Is your life full of emotional swings up into positives and down into negatives, with more negatives than positives? Are you a child of the Creator, of the Divine? How come you have so little power, so little experience of love and joy?
The answer is simple: Because you-spirit have created it that way to play the Human Game of the exploration of the negative side of life, to savor the Human Melodrama. Congratulations! You created your Human Adventure perfectly. Admire your Creator Power: you have successfully blocked out your Divinity and have totally convinced yourself that you are only a human being. You cannot detect your Light and are living the Darkness, the negatives of the Human Experience fully. By the way – and this is an advanced concept again not fathomable by the human mind — you are the absolute creator of everything in your life: there are no accidents or coincidences. In Enlightenment, you recover your Divine Creator Power and use it to create the life you desire.
How Much Longer?
The question is: How much more of the Human Melodrama do you want? You can play the Human Game as long as you want. It’s not bad or wrong; Games and Drama and the exploration of All That You Are Not as Essence are very rich experiences and are why you incarnated here. But you are immortal spirit; you did not come here for all eternity; only to visit. Sooner or later, you-spirit will tire of the limitations and the negativity of the Human Novel. You-spirit will begin to desire to return to the higher, lighter and more joyous realms from which you come. You will enter the Dark Night of the Old Soul (you will find a description at the Essentiality.org site). The Dark Night is a signal you are ready to AWAKEN. At this point in the spiritual evolution of the planet, many of us are now ready to awaken, perhaps 5% of the population.
Here are examples of the specific realizations in Enlightenment that transform consciousness:
1.- You are an immortal spiritual being. But you are stuck here on earth until you enlighten yourself. Until you do, you will keep recycling through here, life after life (called samsara in Hinduism). You will eventually tire of the Human Drama. Life will seem empty and meaningless. You will long for something more. (What your soul wants is to return to the glorious Essence-Light-Love-Power-Joy that is your Divine Nature and whence you come.)
2.- We are all One Being, Essence, whose nature is Love-Light-Joy. She is a polarity; She also is the negative side of Darkness, negative energy (evil) and suffering. We are all connected. Anything we do, it ALWAYS affects us because we do it to the One and we are the One. When we love, we increase the Love-Joy that we are. When we anti-love (any form of negative energy), we decrease the Love-Joy that we are.
3.- The only happiness that exists is Love, Essence. The only pain and suffering in life is Anti-Love (all forms of negative energy). Life on earth is descension from Love-Light down into Darkness, avidya and above all, into negative energy (anti-love), struggle and effort, problems and conflicts, drama and suffering. (It’s great to visit for an immortal being with all eternity to explore every possibility of experience, but do you really want to stay in negative energy forever?)
4.- People think they can do negative things and get away with it as long as nobody knows. Everything that exists is Essence and Essence is alive, consciousness, Infinite Consciousness. There is nothing that Essence does not know. The One always knows, and there is always perfect balance, perfect justice. Every action has a reaction, a result. Everything you do ALWAYS affects you, no exceptions. Everything you do, positive or negative ALWAYS has a kickback on you-spirit. What you give to the One in the form of others, is what you receive from the One.
5.- Think of existence as a polarity with positive at the top and negative at the bottom. The top is Essence in Her 13 Characteristics. The bottom, negative pole is the opposite of Essence: negative energy, drama, pain, Darkness and Evil. Spiritually, there are only two directions you can move. You can ascend the polarity scale up, towards and back into being Essence-Love-Joy. Or you can move down, move farther away from Essence-Love-Joy, descend into more Darkness, anti-love (negative energy), drama and pain. Because we are all ONE BEing, every time you give anti-love to others (you do something negative (lie, steal, or give negative energy of any kind, anger for example) no matter your justification, the Love-Light that you are as a spiritual Being dims. You-spirit diminish the Love that you are and increase the anti-love in your Being. You are thereby more Darkness and pain, less happy and less powerful. You-spirit descend the Love<>Anti-Love Polarity moving farther from Love and closer to Darkness, pain, and Evil. This is reaction on you is called the Boomerang Effect and there is no avoiding it. People who indulge in anti-love, not to mention evil, are creating their own unhappiness, pain and suffering. The more anti-love you generate, the more unhappy you will be. No amount of material gain can ever compensate the unhappiness of propagating Darkness in you and around you.
6.-Therefore, at every action in your life, you are either loving (doing good) and increasing your Love-Light and happiness; or you are anti-loving (lowering the energy of others) and thereby lowering your own Energy-Love-Light-Joy. Which direction do you want to move in life?
7.- People who operate in negative energy and evil (egoism, greed, racism, hoarding, indifference to suffering of others, damage to the environment division, identity politics, fomenting conflicts, terrorism, war, etc. ALWAYS pay the price in happiness. The more anti-love you use , the further from Love you go and the unhappier you are. There is no escape from this law.
Note: If you are familiar with Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, etc. You will note similarities here with Essentiality. However, this is NOT because we are taking these things from those philosophies, but because we have seen these phenomena ourselves. We therefore confirm from personal experience what some religions have said for millennia.
Illumination
Beyond Enlightenment is another level of consciousness: Illumination, aka Total Self-Realization. You are an illumined being when you have transcended all separated individuality and merged completely back into the ONE. If you do this while in a body, you are literally Essence (God) walking the earth; there is no longer a human identity there; there is no longer a separate, limited spiritual identity there. This is the state of beings such as Jesus and Buddha: “The Father and I are One.”
If you talked to Jesus, you were talking to God. (Only about 235 humans have reached this state. ) As the ONE, you are all things, everywhere, all the time. (Think of the ending of the movie, Lucy (2014).) You can stay in the ONE or you can come back out into individuality and descend into the Creation for more adventures. The spiritual goal for most people for this lifetime is Enlightenment, not Illumination. However, the ESE (Essentiality School of Enlightenment) has the processes to go from Enlightenment to Illumination for those who seek to go so far.
Enlightenment is to awaken permanently and clearly from the Human Dream to recover your experience of yourself as an immortal spiritual being just visiting earth to play the Human Game. Your enlightenment reconnects you with the ONE CREATOR BEING you are so that thereafter you always “walk with God”. Game Conditions and Drama end as your recover your Wisdom and Creative Power. Life becomes easy and abundant, a vacation in the Garden of Eden.
Transcending the illusion of isolated individuality and reconnecting with Essence is the ONLY true happiness that exists.

enlightenment and illumination.
